PRICES POLICY:
I am constantly expanding services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although I make every effort to keep my website and menus updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. All prices are starting prices and may vary.. Prices may also vary due to length, texture and condition of your hair. If you would like to know the exact price of your service, please feel free to consult with me, your stylist prior to the start of your service.

CONSULTATION:
The consultation is the most important part of becoming a potential client. It help me, the stylist understand more about you and what you are looking for. I will check your hair and scalp so that I can see what is going on before I can help you. As the client you will tell me what you love or do not like about your hair. I will be able to give you tips, and let you look through my "Look Book" in order to service you better. The consultation includes things such as abrasions, bruising, dryness, color, whether your hair needs moisturization and so forth. All these things are important, so when you like to make an appointment the consultation will be given first. Children that's 15 & Under will need consent from parents before getting any type of chemicals.

BE ON TIME:
Please be on time for your appointment, time is valuable. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late there will be a late fee added to your cost. If you are more than 5 to 10 minutes late there will be a $3.00 charge if you are more than 15 minutes to 30 minutes late you will have to reschedule. If anything happens the day of your appointment please let me know before your arrival time. I know "EMERGENCIES" happen be courteous and give me a call.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you have an appointment and need to cancel
please cancel 24 to 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel ahead of time you will be charged a $5.00 fee on your next appointment. If you make an appointment and steady cancel you will be put down as a "NO BOOK." Prior to the day of your appointment and you do not call or show, you will be put down as a " NO CALL NO SHOW." On your next appointment you will be charged a $10.00 FEE. If this continues to happen you will not be able to book with me again. Someone else could have been booked in your spot. I feel I am being reasonable most will make you pay your full service amount.

HEALTH AND ILLNESS:
Before any service is given please let me know if you have or had any illnesses. This is to let me know whether you need to be serviced or not. Certain medications can affect certain chemicals being used during your service.

HAIR RE DO POLICY:
Please before you leave let me, the stylist know whether or not you are satisfied with your hair. If you leave out of my chair and you do not say anything that tells me that you are completely satisfied. Do not wait until you get home and say you do not like your hair in order to come back either for a "FREE REDO" OR "DISCOUNT." If you have a sew in and in the upcoming weeks and loosens up you will be able to get a tighten up for a reasonable fee. If there is a problem please give me a call and we can discuss the matter in decency and in order.

CHILDREN:
Please be mindful if you have children and bring them please make sure they are respectful. Please do not let them run around and play. Children may break something or hurt themselves, " YOU", THE PARENT ARE RESPONSIBLE. So, please keep in mind that we love our kids and that they should sit quietly and be respectful. If they have tablets or cell phones they may bring earbuds. "ADULTS" also need to bring ear buds.

FACILITIES:
Please keep the facilities clean and pick up all trash if dropped on the floor. Please throw away your trash. If you need to use the restroom please put all tissue in the latrine and paper towel in the trash. If you twinkle when you sprinkle please be a sweetie and wipe the seat. Please flush behind every use so the next person behind you will not have to.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY:
I do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with me, your stylist will remain confidential, as well as your health history.
Client lists and email lists are confidential. I do not share my client lists with outside companies.

SHOW RESPECT:
Please! Please! Be mindful that there are others around you. Please Do Not use "PROFANITY, GOSSIP, OR HURT ANYONE'S FEELINGS." If there is a problem you pull that person to the side and discuss the situation. Also let Me, "Management" know so there will be no confusion. We shall conduct conversations in "DECENCY AND IN ORDER." If these things cannot be handled in a mannerly way you will not be serviced.
